Meet Claire

Originally from North Carolina, Claire Flynn Sellers moved to West Virginia in 2014 to attend West Virginia University College of Law. She quickly fell in love with the Mountain State and has made it her home since. While attending WVU College of Law, she focused her efforts and education on transactional work. After graduating, she was admitted to practice law in the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Claire began her legal career assisting local businesses and nonprofit organizations as well as providing guidance to personal representatives in the administration of various estates. With this foundation, she quickly realized her passion for estate planning. She has spent the majority of the last five years focusing on providing and building comprehensive estate plans for West Virginians.

In her spare time, Claire enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and exploring Wild and Wonderful West Virginia. She is involved in local community service projects and you can often find her visiting farmers markets.
